Go Phillies!
I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the Philadelphia Phillies. They had a great season and have done great thus far in the playoffs. They are about to take part in their second straight World Series - no
easy task - and face the New York Yankees.
I have a few friends on the Phillies and hope that they can make it two Championships in a row.
While focusing on the football field, it's not always easy to appreciate the support that we - the Eagles - get from our fans. Don't
get me wrong, we feel it and appreciate it but sometimes you have to go outside your own experience to really see it. That's why I enjoy watching the Phillies. This city has come alive over the past few seasons in regards to baseball. The Phillies have given Philadelphia something special and its exciting to witness the togetherness between the team and its fans. It really is something special.
I hope I can reward our fans the same way.

Nice post McNabb. Not all pro athletes support other teams in the city they play in. Like LeBron James for example. I'm sure you were a White Sox fan or Cubs fan at one point, so thank you for joining the good guys!

.donovan lets tighten up the reigns a little and get everyone back on track,if you have to smack them upside the darn head the line isn't blocking worth a crap and to many incomplete passes and dropped balls lets focus on the task at hand and win a bowl for the fans who deserve it the most,they deserve better than they got last nite from the offensuve stand point, but i will take the win any time!!! as for the phillies go get those damn yuckies they owe us one, sorry to criticise but nice post any way, still love ya d-mac but enough is enough!! First of all if anyone deserves a ring its donovan and reid and the eagle team....all you do is sit by your tv and watch. you dont sweat, you dont get injured, all you fans do is sit by your tv and complain when they down and cheer when they up....booo hooo. Its easy to watch and complain but you are not in the middle of the action so you dont know how tough it is on the field. Some teams make it look easy like the pats and colts but for the majority its not all that easy...so sit back and watch cause you not a coach for a reason sweetie.

donovan you need to get the team to play to their potential. get the oline to have some push and wr use their speed to get open. what the hell happened in the second half? we probably would of lost the game if witherspoon doesnt take the ball to the house.

correction is witherspoon *didn't* anywho....Nah I dunno what game you was watching but if the skins didn't have any turnovers and if all their catches were made then I would see some trouble...but some teams make you play better than others...and I feel that the eagles kinda lost their momentum when westbrook went out...

I went to the skins game just this past Monday I was in section 100 under the owners box on the 50 yd line....and i was wearing my mcnabb jershey...actually I was wearing the same gear the eagles had on. I had on my green mcnabb jershey with my white tights and black shoes. I was jumping up and down cheering for mcnabb and the green team. I also was flying high doing the bird dance. Its different when you watch the game on tv as oppose to watching it front and center. It didnt rain but I was freaking wet by the end of the game due to watching Mcnabb all night. His muscular arm and the way he throws the ball is just sexy. His figure....omg. You know how men love ass....especially black men, well I love lips on a guy. That is what matters most to me and mcnabbs lips I can suck all night. About the game...I made signs and they didn't let me bring it in. One sign was about sorry Albert Haynesoworth lol and the other was about the eagles flying high....fly high my eagles fly mother fucking high....this is diamond and im out....

Why don't you take a lesson from the Phillies? The fans would support you if you came through in clutch sitiuations and were more consistent.
The last two weeks you have played terribly. In Oakland, your offensive line didn't help matters, but you had a bad game also. You were very inaccurate against the Redskins and your defense and DeSean Jackson won the game for you. It seemed as half your passes were thrown into the ground. Even the pass to Jackson was underthrown. It looks like you are not getting your feet set and stepping into your throws, but are throwing only with your arm.
If you play the same way against the Giants, it will be pretty ugly. I hope you take this to heart and step up your play, and that your teamates do the same!! -
And how is it Donovans fault about the o-line? and saying Desean won the game for him? he's his WR, HES SUPPOSED TO WIN THE GAME FOR HIM! And I support Donovan no matter what, just because you dont, doesnt mean all fans dont!

New York sport teams suck. Giants, Mets, Yankees, ect., ect. The only NY team I like are the Jets since they never win Super Bowls like us so at least they feel the pain.
