Robert Griffin III says he cried when he woke up from surgery
Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III admitted to the media today that when he woke up from having his knee repaired, he became overwhelmed and started to cry.
“Real men cry,” Griffin said, per the Washintgon Times.
Griffin said he then gathered himself and wrote the date of the Redskins first game of the season in his phone as the goal for him to focus on.
