Watch: NC State's Aziaha James drills deep three in win vs. Stanford

North Carolina State junior guard Aziaha James was must-see TV in a Sweet 16 matchup against Stanford.

With 9:06 left in the fourth quarter, James fired a long three and nailed it, giving the Wolfpack a 58-47 lead. In the 77-67 victory against the No. 2 seed Cardinal, she finished with 29 points, five assists and three rebounds. She also went 3-of-5 from beyond the arc.

James only started in six games through her first two seasons at North Carolina State. However, she broke out this season, earning first-team All-ACC honors.

Through three games in the tournament, she's averaging 23.3 points per game and shooting 50 percent from the field. If she stays in the groove, she could help North Carolina State make the Final Four for the first time since 1998. The No. 3 seed Wolfpack will face No. 1 seed Texas or No. 4 seed Gonzaga in the Elite Eight on Sunday.
