Auburn's 2025 recruiting class decreased by one player.

Interestingly, the player who's leaving the Tigers is heading to play for a familiar head coach, as well as familiar assistants as well. Former Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn is now at UCF. So are former Auburn men Addison Williams as co-defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach, and Trovon Reed as cornerbacks coach.

The latter began his stint with the Knights in late January, and he's also a prime reason that Auburn originally landed a commitment from Kendarius Reddick. Recruiting is usually about relationships over anything else. It's not a coincidence that he is joining UCF shortly after Reed did as well. The 5-foot-11 and 180-pound safety from Thomasville (Ga.) Thomas County Central is one of the more coveted prospects in Dixie.

He's rated the #152 player in the country by Rivals, 16th safety nationally, and 18th player in Georgia.

With Reddick now not a part of Auburn's 2025 recruiting class, the Tigers are ranked as the nation's #6 class by Rivals. While Reddick left the Auburn class there could be more good news heading to the Plains.

Yesterday, Auburn's junior day went over very well. It would not be surprising if one or more recruits committed to Auburn who attended the event.

As always, Auburn Daily will keep updating Tigers fans on the happenings along the recruiting trail.
