Heidi Klum compared herself to Kris Jenner for this reason

Heidi Klum had a wide-ranging appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday afternoon (June 16), from trying (and failing) to scare DeGeneres to revealing how she taught fellow America's Got Talent judge Howie Mandel to walk in high heels.

In the middle of all that, the iconic 49-year-old supermodel gushed over her 17-year-old daughter, Leni, following in her footsteps:

"A few months ago, we did the cover of German Vogue together. Now, she did the Glamour cover, which I did the very first for German Glamour 20 years ago, and now she's on the cover. And it's just so insanely crazy how all of a sudden, your own child is working, and you know, the phone has not stopped ringing.

"I feel like Kris Jenner, kind of. Call me Kris from now on. Not Heidi anymore. I mean, it's just so bizarre, but I'm so happy for her."

As large as Heidi's modeling shoes are to fill for Leni, Kris's momager shoes are even larger. "You can't call yourself Kris Jenner unless all of your children are making money," DeGeneres aptly pointed out.
