Tom Cruise refuses to be held up by traffic in the latest photos from the set of  Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning - Part Two.

In these unofficial shots, which spread across social media on 25th March, we see the actor steady himself before launching into a full-tilt sprint down London’s Westminster Bridge.

Cruise sports an open shirt with bloody marks around the collar, seemingly fresh from some kind of vehicular collision. In later photos he’s wrapped up warm in a heavy coat, smiling with crew.

The shots were shared by Twitter user @TomCruiseNavy, who writes, “New photos from last nights filming!!!! Mission impossible 8.”

The entire area surrounding Westminster Bridge, extending to The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, were also blocked off by concrete barricades flanked with serious men in army uniforms.

It’s not clear, however, if they were part of the film, or if Cruise just had the set on lockdown. The lockdown can’t have been that effective with these leaked images now floating around. He'll have more luck on his next movie, since Tom Cruise wants to shoot in actual space.

It won’t disrupt filming, however, with Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning - Part Two still on track for a May 23, 2025 release.
