Police in Warsaw, Indiana have said that 16 students from the St. Ignatius College Prep junior varsity boys hockey team were injured when a tractor-trailer hit the school’s bus on Saturday evening.

There were 23 people on board the bus, with no fatalities. A Twitter account for the police department said that the injured students are all now listed as being in stable condition.

In a statement, the police said the student’s ages range from 14-17 years old, and that at least one was ejected from the bus.

The driver of the semi-truck is currently being held pending charges for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and causing serious injury. According to police, the driver drove through a red light and struck the rear of the bus, flipping it over. According to the New York Post, Victor Santos, the 58-year-old truck driver, had a “strong odor” and failed sobriety tests.
