Raiders fans will hate what Kelsey Plum just said about Mark Davis

The Las Vegas Raiders are among the many dysfunctional organizations in the NFL. A large reason is because of the owner, who has made bad decisions after bad decisions when it comes to who he picks and chooses to be the head coach of the organization.

Mark Davis has been nothing like his father, the late great Al Davis, who is one of the most transcending owners in American sports history. He did everything he could to get the Raiders their first three Super Bowl rings. Since he passed, the Raiders have done nothing, really.

In fact, the Raiders haven't won a playoff game in over 20 years. But Mark Davis owns another sports team, The Las Vegas Aces of the WNBA, who just won their second championship in a row. He seems to be doing something right with them.

"You see it pay off tremendously," Las Vegas Aces guard Kelsey Plum said of Mark Davis and his investment in the Aces. "But Mark, man, he's a competitor. He'll text me before a game. 'Just win, baby, just win.' He's yelling at me on the sideline. We're running back and forth. He's a competitor. He's not satisfied. 

"And he's loved, he's loved by the people. So, shout out to Mark. A great, great human being. I don't know what everyone's like. I've only played for Vegas, but what I do know is, man, I wouldn't want to be with anybody else in terms of Mark Davis and his investment in us, and he's growing the league, and yeah, I think you guys should pay a little bit more attention."
