Notre Dame vs. Florida State: The #18 Seminoles improved to 12-3 in ACC play and 31-10 overall with a three-game sweep of the Fighting Irish. In Game 1 of the series, Notre Dame took a 2-0 lead in top of the first inning, but Florida State scored the next six to capture the 6-2 victory. With the game tied 2-2 in the fourth inning, Kalie Harding hit a three-run home run to give FSU the lead. Harding finished the game 2-3, with three RBI and a run scored. In Game 2, Florida State scored seven runs in the second inning on their way to a 7-3 win. Kaley Mudge was 3-3 with a walk and a run, and Isa Torres was 3-4 with an RBI and a run for FSU. Karina Gaskins hit a solo home run in the third inning for Notre Dame. In the final game of the weekend, FSU routed Notre Dame 10-2 in six innings. Jahni Kerr and Jaysoni Beachum each hit a 2-run home run for the Seminoles.
