Adolis Garcia (side) not in Game 4 lineup for Rangers
Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Texas Rangers slugger Adolis Garcia is not in the team's lineup for Game 4 of the World Series against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Tuesday night in Phoenix.

Garcia left the Rangers' Game 3 victory in the eighth inning after experiencing side tightness following a swing. He was set to undergo imaging on his torso before Game 4.

Rangers manager Bruce Bochy had not yet shared an official update before Tuesday's game, but Garcia did not appear in the lineup the team released three hours before game time.

Travis Jankowski drew the start in right field in Garcia's place and will bat ninth. Designated hitter Mitch Garver moved up from the fifth spot in the lineup to the third.

According to ESPN, Garcia walked through the Texas clubhouse and said "all is good."

Garcia hit the game-winning home run in the 11th inning of Game 1. He has already set the record for most RBIs (22) in a single postseason.

Texas leads the series 2-1.
