Angels Outfielder Scratched From Lineup With Soreness
USA TODAY Sports

Angels outfielder Aaron Hicks was scratched from Monday's lineup due to body soreness. He was replaced by Willie Calhoun in the lineup and in right field, per Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com.

Hicks, who signed a one-year, $740,000 deal with the Angels this offseason, is off to a strong start this spring.

He's 8-for-21 (.381) with one home run and four RBIs with an OPS of 1.314. He's expected to factor in as a consistent player on the Angels' roster this year, likely splitting time in the outfield with Jo Adell.

This doesn't sound like too serious of an injury, but definitely something to monitor. However, with Opening Day still nearly three weeks away, he has plenty of time to feel healthier before the start of the season.
