GDB -7.0: Toronto Blue Jays face Gerrit Cole, New York Yankees as Spring Training continues
Nathan Ray Seebeck-USA TODAY Sports

After facing a former Blue Jays yesterday, Toronto faces a Blue Jay killer today.

The Blue Jays take on the New York Yankees, who are sending ace Gerrit Cole to the mound. Over his 100 and two thirds innings against the Jays in his career, he’s posted a 2.77 ERA and an 8-2 record across 18 games played. He’s eaten up the Jays, but has struggled against Vladimir Guerreo Jr. and Alejandro Kirk, who have 1.002 and 1.045 OPS’ against Cole, respectively.

Neither of them will be in the lineup tonight, however.

Toronto will send Chad Dallas to the mound for his second look in Spring Training.
