With the Reds spring training season in full stride, it is safe to say that something feels a bit different. The Reds are without Joey Votto for the first time in nearly two decades. 

The former National League MVP shared a video of him going through a car wash on Friday afternoon. 

“This is not spring training,” Votto said. 

The 40-year-old is hoping to sign with a team in the near future and continue his playing career. Watch the video below:
