Kahnle spent the last four seasons out of the bullpen for the Yankees, appearing in 129 games. The 31-year-old tossed 112.1 innings for the Bronx Bombers, accruing a 4.01 ERA with 157 strikeouts and 46 walks.
The New York native pitched just one inning in 2020 before undergoing Tommy John surgery in August. It's unlikely he appears in a game for the Dodgers this season as he continues to rehab from the elbow surgery.
Kahnle has also spent time with the Colorado Rockies and Chicago White Sox.
