Ryan Jeffers unleashes epic bat flip after clutch homer

With the go-ahead runner on third base, Jeffers hit a slider from Rangers lefty Will Smith into the second deck in left-center field at Target Field, sending the crowd into a frenzy.

"There's not much words I can say. It's a big moment," Jefferson told Audra Martin on the Bally Sports North postgame show. 

It was one of five homers by the Twins in the game. Kyle Farmer homered in the second inning, Michael A. Taylor slugged his 18th and 19th homers of the year in the third and fifth innings, and Royce Lewis went deep in the sixth. 

Lewis led the Twins with three hits to up his batting average to .328. Another big knock in the game came off the bat of Carlos Correa when he doubled to tie the game at 5-5 in the eighth inning.
