Chase Briscoe claims Noah Gragson is ‘a miniature version’ of Clint Bowyer

While talking about these dynamics, Briscoe pointed out that new signing Gragson gives him the same vibes as ex-SHR driver Clint Bowyer who now works as a broadcaster. Bowyer drove the No:14 Ford Mustang from 2017 to 2020, before retiring and making way for Briscoe. The current Nio:14 driver believes Gragson is a miniature version of Bowyer.

I keep telling people that Noah reminds me so much of Clint (Bowyer) so we’ve gone back to have a miniature version of Clint in the building again, which is like really good for our culture. Briscoe said, as reported by Sportsnaut.

Chase Briscoe expects 2024 to be an enjoyable season

Briscoe ahead of giving the Clint Bowyer verdict detailed his impression of his new teammates. He pointed out he finds Gragson to be a funny guy and while talking about Berry admitted that it was super easy to get to know him despite never knowing him well in the past.

Noah keeps it funny for sure. And even Josh, which has been really interesting because I didn’t know him well at all, but he has been super easy to get to know. I’m really excited to race with these guys.

He admitted that the feelings about each other they have during the off-season might change once they start racing each other, making it important to already build a relationship with them. He expects a fun season in 2024 as so far it has been smooth sailing for him in terms of building a relationship between them.  

It’ll be different when we start to race each other and that’s why it’s really important to get our communication down but it’s been smooth sailing this past month. I really think this season is going to be fun.
