8-Year NBA Veteran Signs With Shanghai Sharks

Noah Vonleh is coming off a season where played in 23 games for the  Boston Celtics and averaged 1.1 points and 2.1 rebounds per contest while shooting 45.8% from the field and 25.0% from the three-point range. 

During the middle of the season, the Celtics traded Vonleh to the Spurs who waived the eight-year NBA veteran. 

This summer, Vonleh was still a free agent and Alberto De Roa of HoopsHype reports that he has signed with the Shanghai Sharks.  

Vonleh was initially the ninth pick in the 2014 NBA Draft after one season of college basketball play for the Indiana Hoosiers

In addition to the Celtics, he has also played for the Charlotte Hornets, Portland Trail Blazers, Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks, Minnesota Timberwolves, Denver Nuggets and Brooklyn Nets.  

His career averages are 4.7 points and 4.9 rebounds per contest while shooting 45.9% from the field and 30.7% from the three-point range in 362 regular season games. 

He has also appeared in 11 NBA playoff games (with the Trail Blazers and Nuggets) and has averages of 1.6 points and 3.0 rebounds per contest while shooting 36.4% from the field.
