De’Aaron Fox Surpasses Kings Legend on All-Time Sacramento Scorers List

Webber spent seven seasons in Sacramento, where he averaged 23.5 points, 10.6 rebounds, and 4.8 assists during his tenure in 377 games. The highlight of his career with the Kings comes from leading his squad to 61-21 and coming up short in the infamous 2002 Western Conference Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Fox is not too far off from cracking the top 10 of the entire franchise's scoring leaders. With a current total of 8,861, he sits only 141 points behind tenth, Scott Wedman. It may take some time to reach the heights of Oscar Robertson’s number-one placement of 22,009, but if there were ever someone to do it anytime soon, it would be De’Aaron.

In terms of his placement within the Sacramento era, Fox only sits behind the names of Peja Stojakovic (9,498), DeMarcus Cousins (9,894), and Mitch Richmond (12,070). If his availability maintains for the rest of the way this season, seeing him lift even further on this list later in the year would be pretty expected.

Expect Fox to continue leaping up the leaderboards across at least the next three seasons he is signed to as he begins entering the prime years of his career with the Kings.
