Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell spoke about the importance of Dwyane Wade's presence within the organization following a 112-109 win over the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 1 of their second-round playoff series Tuesday.
Mitchell said Wade, who bought an ownership stake in the Jazz in April, gave him some advice during the second half while sitting courtside at Vivint Arena.

That advice paid off heavily for the two-time All-Star, as he finished with a game-high 45 points on 16-of-30 shooting after going 5-of-14 from the floor in the first half. It was his best game of the postseason thus far.
Wade, one of the best players in NBA history, knows what it takes to be successful in the postseason. Any advice he gives to Mitchell will be helpful for the Jazz down the stretch.
The Jazz and Clippers will meet again on Thursday night for Game 2.
