Kings' Richaun Holmes broke NBA quarantine rules for food delivery

We hope the meal was worth the trouble.

On the same day that ESPN's Tim Bontemps reported Houston Rockets forward Bruno Caboclo unintentionally broke quarantine guidelines inside the NBA's bubble site at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, The Athletic's Shams Charania tweeted that Sacramento Kings center Richaun Holmes broke quarantine to retrieve a food delivery:

Both Caboclo and Holmes have eight days remaining in their self-isolation periods.

Holmes apologized for his actions via Twitter:

In an attempt to prevent a virus outbreak among personnel, individuals who break the league's quarantine protocols must undergo stricter testing and return negative coronavirus test results following quarantines to partake in team activities.

It looks like Damian Lillard was right about players not following the rules upon entering the bubble.
