The Knicks and Pacers are embroiled in a physical second-round series. In Game 5, they added some extracurricular physicality.

It started in the second quarter when New York's Donte DiVincenzo dunked and appeared to say something about it to the Pacers, part of a game-long conversation the Knicks guard would have with various Indiana players.

Perhaps the Pacers' Isaiah Jackson was only trying to set a hard screen, but he "walloped" DiVincenzo on the way back down the court.
The Knicks' Isaiah Hartenstein came to his teammate's defense, and what resulted was some Isaiah-on-Isaiah violence. The center got in Jackson's face and then the Knicks' Alec Burks got into his neck.
The result was an offensive foul on Jackson and then technical fouls for all three participants. But DiVincenzo made the mistake of dunking again, earning the wrath of Myles Turner.

DiVincenzo got called for a personal foul and then he had some extremely family-unfriendly language for Turner. They confronted each other, though it was a typical NBA "fight" in that Turner made sure referee Scott Foster was separating the players before lunging at him. That led to another set of double technicals.
It was a feisty game for DiVincenzo overall, who also exchanged pleasantries with T.J. McConnell in the first quarter. Let's just say that DiVincenzo is not going to be chosen for a "Mic'd Up" segment unless the FCC greatly relaxes its rules about profanity.
After the game, he was dismissive of Turner's attempt to be a "tough guy," telling reporters, "Nobody's gonna fight in the NBA."
Asked about run-in with Myles Turner, Donte Divincnezo said, “They were trying to be tough guys. That's not their identity.…Nobody's gonna fight in the NBA. Take the foul, keep it moving. You're not a tough guy, just keep it moving.” pic.twitter.com/Fg4zYOJDRQ

Hartenstein had a more wholesome reaction to the pushing and shoving. It made him think of family.
Isaiah Hartenstein talks about getting in Isaiah Jackson's face and standing up for Donte DiVincenzo and his teammates:

"They're also family to me. If something happens to them, it doesn't matter what kind of situation it is, I'm always going to stick up for them." pic.twitter.com/3mqnfh6PG2
Hartenstein may get a chance to stick up for his teammates again in Game 6. It just depends on who tries to be a tough guy. All we know is no one is going to fight.
