Suns Rule Guard Active vs Hornets
Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

The Phoenix Suns will have Eric Gordon available tonight against the Charlotte Hornets after he was initially ruled probable with a knee injury, as confirmed by Frank Vogel during his pre-game media availability.

Gordon didn't play in Phoenix's loss to the Boston Celtics last night but will join the team for the second part of their back-to-back.

When healthy, Gordon has played 22+ minutes in his last eleven appearances for the Suns, mostly coming off the bench in relief for either Bradley Beal or Devin Booker.

Josh Okogie (abs) and Damion Lee (knee) both remain out for the Suns while LaMelo Ball (R Ankle), Seth Curry (R Ankle), Cody Martin (L Ankle), Bryce McGowens (R Knee) and Mark Williams (Low Back) are all out for Charlotte, who have won their last two-of-three entering tonight.

Gordon is averaging 12 points per night on 44.6% shooting from the field with 2.0 rebounds and 2.2 assists to boot.

He's scored more than five points just once in his last five games but did enjoy a 21-point performance in Phoenix's prior win over Charlotte in late December, sinking 7-12 three-point attempts.

Opening tip between the Suns and Hornets is slated for just past 4:00 PM Arizona time.
