Dallas Mavericks sophomore guard Luka Doncic continues to amaze. He’s already a legit MVP candidate and is doing things on the court we have not seen from someone his age since LeBron James.
That didn’t change Monday night against a Chicago Bulls team that had absolutely no answer for Doncic.
The 20-year-old dropped 21 points in the third quarter alone and entered the final stanza on pace for potentially another 40-point triple-double. In fact, he had put up 34 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists in those first three quarters.
In the process, Doncic joined some absolutely elite company.

This is his 4th straight game recorded 30+ points, 10+ rebounds and 7+ assists, joining Oscar Robertson, Wilt Chamberlain, Elgin Baylor and Russell Westbrook as the only players to do so. pic.twitter.com/XV2XvU2g9a
Three of the greatest players to ever put on an NBA jersey and Mr. Triple-Double himself. That’s one heck of a list to be included in.
In terms of what we saw from Doncic, he was nearly unstoppable for those first three quarters.

Did we mention Doncic knows how to pass the basketball, too?

This is just otherworldly stuff from a young kid that entered this week’s action averaging 29.4 points, 9.7 rebounds and 8.9 assists per game.
What can’t he do?
