7th-Round Steal Bo Melton Making a Splash for Packers

The Green Bay Packers have leaned on their young wide receiver corps throughout the 2023 season, and Bo Melton has been the hottest name in the group down the stretch.

A seventh-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft out of Rutgers, Melton has carved out a significant role in the Packers' offense as they mounted a late-season playoff run.

While the likes of Romeo Doubs, Christian Watson and Dontayvion Wicks have all had their own moments, Melton continues to deliver clutch plays in big situations.

That continued in Saturday night's divisional playoff matchup against the San Francisco 49ers, which saw Melton draw a huge pass interference penalty in the third quarter, and followed it up with this touchdown catch a few plays later to take the lead:

The future is bright for the Packers' passing game with quarterback Jordan Love coming of age, and Melton is one of many young pass-catchers that should have Green Bay fans excited for the coming years.
