Aaron Rodgers may be turning to healing crystals to manifest Packers-Jets trade

Aaron Rodgers is known as a complicated fella.

The Green Bay Packers quarterback (for now) has been open about his usage of the psychedelic plant-based tea, ayahuasca, in the offseason. In fact, he credited ayahuasca for his two-straight NFL MVPs.

We also know Rodgers went on a darkness retreat in an effort to help him make a decision about his NFL future. He ultimately used the darkness to decide that he wants to keep playing and do so for the New York Jets.

It's worth noting that the declaration on The Pat McAfee Show was weeks ago at this point, though. At the time of this writing, Rodgers is still under contract with the Packers and it seems like general manager Brian Gutekunst is not budging on his trade demands.

So if you're Rodgers, why not turn to healing crystals? After all, the ayahuasca and darkness retreat had positive effects. Crystals track right along with that.

If Rodgers' new crystals cant conjure up a trade to the Jets, keep in mind that there is some buzz that the San Francisco 49ers could get involved.

The 49ers are one of Green Bay's biggest rivals and they did years ago pass up on Rodgers in the 2005 NFL Draft (which he took personally), but it is worth noting that Rodgers did grow up as a 49ers fan.

The Jets do have the 13th pick in this upcoming draft, which the Packers certainly covet. The 49ers, on the other hand, won't pick until selection No. 99 (third round).
