The Billy Price era in Cincinnati is over. The Bengals agreed to trade the 21st overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft to the Giants in exchange for defensive tackle BJ Hill according to Ian Rapoport.

Hill, 26, has 116 tackles and 7.5 sacks in three seasons. He'll join a group led by Sam Hubbard and Trey Hendrickson. The Bengals desperately needed to add another proven defensive lineman with Joseph Ossai expected to miss the entire 2021 season.

Price was a disappointment during his three years in Cincinnati. The Ohio State product appeared in 42 games and made 19 starts. With Trey Hopkins fully healthy and ready to start and center, the Bengals felt comfortable trading him.

This is one of what will likely be many roster moves over the next few days for the Bengals. They have to trim their roster from 80 to 53 players by Tuesday at 4 p.m.
