Browns WR Amari Cooper (foot) questionable for ‘TNF’
Thomas Shea-USA TODAY Sports

Cleveland Browns standout wide receiver Amari Cooper (foot) is listed as questionable for Thursday night's game against the New York Jets, coming off his monster performance last week.

Cooper didn't practice Monday or Tuesday, with the team saying it was rest for his heel. Cooper sustained the injury in Sunday's win over the Houston Texans, during which he set a single-game franchise record with 265 receiving yards on 11 catches. He also hauled in two touchdowns.

Cooper was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week.

The Browns' kicking game is dealing with injuries as well. Kicker Dustin Hopkins (hamstring) has been ruled out and punter Corey Bojorquez (quad) is doubtful. Riley Patterson (kicking) and Matt Haack (punting) are in position to take over against the Jets. Both were signed to the practice squad Tuesday.

Wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (knee) and safety Juan Thornhill (calf) are also questionable. Defensive end Ogbo Okoronkwo (pectoral), and linebacker Anthony Walker Jr. (knee) have also been ruled out.

Cooper said he tweaked his heel during last week's game but played through it. He has 72 catches for 1,250 yards and five touchdowns on the season. He has not missed a game this season.

The Browns (10-5) host the 6-9 Jets and enter the game as the No. 5 seed in the AFC.
