Cowboys Cut Former Steelers WR

Former Pittsburgh Steelers wideout Martavis Bryant is yet again a free agent, as another NFL team has released him from their roster.

The Dallas Cowboys are the latest team to move on from the former Steelers wide receiver, cutting Bryant this week ahead of their regular season finale against the Washington Commanders, according to a report from The 33rd Team's Ari Meirov.

Bryant didn't appear in a game for the Cowboys after they signed him to their practice squad roster in November following his reinstatement to the NFL, who suspended him for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

Bryant was a promising addition for the Steelers when they selected him with the 118th overall pick in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft and caught 126 passes for 1,917 yards and 17 touchdowns over three seasons in black and gold.

After being traded to the Oakland Raiders and then released, Byrant has bounced around from various teams in the CFL to the XFL to Indoor Football and is now back to the NFL.

But he'll have to find a new home if he wants to keep playing professional football now.
