Kansas City has been on the hunt for running back depth with Jerick McKinnon’s uncertain status (groin). It appears they have found the depth they were searching for.
Kansas City has signed former Arizona RB Keaontay Ingram to their practice squad, just two days after he was waived. Ingram played a larger role with the Cards while James Conner was on injured reserve earlier this season. He appeared in 8 games, recording 39 touches and 100 total yards. The 2nd year RB out of Texas could be elevated from the practice squad if McKinnon is unable to play.
