The Las Vegas Raiders parted ways with a safety Monday following their DUI arrest on Sunday morning. The cut was one of two secondary members as veteran cornerback Marcus Peters was waived following an altercation with head coach Antonio Pierce.
Cornerback Roderick Teamer was activated to the Raiders 53-man roster on Saturday. But he missed Sunday’s game after reports came out he was arrested for DUI.
According to Vic Tafur with The Athletic, the Raiders released Teamer Monday.
Pierce said Raiders are also releasing safety Roderic Teamer.

Per Vincent Bonsignore with Vegas Nation, head coach Antonio Pierce said the release had to do with “off the field” behavior:
“Whatever you do off the field, affects the decisions that are going to be made in this building. And we’re gonna do our best to protect the brand, the shield, and the Raiders organization.”

Teamer’s release or not, the Raiders brand is down badly this season.
