Perhaps the Baltimore Ravens had such a solid draft because their head coach and general manager are neighbors who can coordinate with ease.

On Sunday, the Ravens posted a video of general manager Eric DeCosta and head coach John Harbaugh discussing their draft haul. The twist? The two were doing it from their respective backyards separated by a fence, as they live next door to each other.

Talk about organizational synergy. These two couldn’t really make use of the situation during the draft, and they are still practicing the necessary social distancing, but this can’t hurt.

It wasn’t that long ago that there were reports that Harbaugh might leave the Ravens. That obviously didn’t come to pass, but now that we know these two are neighbors, how awkward would that have been?
