Report: Multiple teams interested in trading for Eagles pass-rusher

Reddick, who led the Eagles with 11 sacks in 2023, is in the final year of a three-year, $45 million contract — a deal he said he has outperformed. The premier pass-rusher is in line for a pay raise, but the Eagles might not be the team that gives it to him. 

During a news conference at the NFL Scouting Combine on Wednesday, Eagles GM Howie Roseman didn't break any news on Reddick's situation.

"Love having Haason," he said. "I think that anything you're trying to do, you're trying to blend obviously what you're trying to do this year and how you're going to look in the future. I think that's the hardest job."

Roseman added communicating with players is a priority in the offseason.

The Eagles have several other free agents who will likely get extensions, including wide receiver DeVonta Smith and offensive lineman Landon Dickerson.

With Reddick potentially on the way out, Roseman could fill his void through the NFL Draft, set for Detroit on April 25-27.

Roseman is no stranger to being aggressive in making a deal — he traded for WR A.J. Brown during the 2022 NFL Draft — and could include Reddick in a trade to a team in need of a top pass-rusher.
