The Tennessee Titans released a new look at their plans for a stadium that is estimated to cost roughly $2.1 billion to build.
The new stadium will be one of the most unique in the league with a rare cubic structure instead of the run-of-the-mill circular or oval-shaped stadiums most NFL teams call home.
Tennessee also shared a prospective timeline for the opening, which is currently on track for 2027.

The Titans’ new stadium will be on the East Bank in Nashville. Tennessee currently plays at the Nissan Stadium, which opened in 1999 and cost roughly $290 million to build at the time. It has a capacity of 69,000, which is roughly 7,000 more than what the Titans announced the new stadium will hold when it opens.
Unlike Nissan Stadium, the new field will be enclosed with a translucent roof. It will also have a 12,000-square-foot community center to host various events in Nashville.
There is plenty of excitement around the Jacksonville Jaguars with young stars like Trevor Lawrence and Travis Etienne leading the way. The Jaguars added to that excitement this summer, announcing plans for their “stadium of the future.”
The Jaguars are doing extensive renovations to their current stadium as the city of Jacksonville works to revitalize the downtown area.
The renovation will include — shade on all seats, wider concourses, increased space for football operations, better vertical transportation and new HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Here are some pictures. Interesting that the video presentation says it’ll position Jacksonville to get an NFL Draft, and there are pictures showing the College Football Playoff, but nothing on the Super Bowl. https://t.co/nwBXhInZAQ pic.twitter.com/loCkZLed7u

The Jaguars and city of Jacksonville started working on this project in July of 2020. The stadium renovations should lead to Jacksonville being the home of the Jaguars for years to come.
The Jaguars won the AFC South last season with a 9-8 record and had a thrilling come-from-behind win over the Chargers in the first round of last year’s playoffs.
Jacksonville ended up losing to the eventual Super Bowl champion Chiefs in the divisional round of the playoffs.
With Lawrence to build around, the Jaguars have a chance to be playoff contenders for years to come.
