Watch: Former Pro Bowler James Harrison can still push 1,960 pounds

Even at 42 years old, James Harrison can still partake in some pretty insane workouts. The former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker shared video of him pushing an insane 1,960 pounds, and it's something you'll have to see to believe.

Harrison retired from the NFL in 2017 and won two Super Bowl titles with Pittsburgh. He's also a five-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro.

In 15 seasons, Harrison recorded eight interceptions, 34 forced fumbles, nine fumble recoveries, 84.5 sacks and 583 solo tackles. On top of that, he added 128 tackles for a loss and 150 quarterback hits.

While he's known for spending nearly his entire career with the Steelers, he also suited up for the Cincinnati Bengals in 2013 and the New England Patriots in 2017.

It's crazy that he can still push that much weight. Maybe he's learning a thing or two about longevity from Tampa Bay Buccaneers 42-year-old QB Tom Brady.
