Watch: Snoop Dogg, Will Ferrell scold Pete Carroll after training-camp video goes viral

Pete Carroll made some powerful enemies after showing off his elite athleticism earlier this week.

On Saturday, Carroll shared a video of messages he received following his viral training camp throws on Thursday, which included rapper Snoop Dogg, comedian Will Ferrell and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell jokingly admonishing Carroll for, in Ferrell's words, making his defensive backs "look like b-----s."

In the initial video, Carroll can be seen channeling his inner-Patrick Mahomes, attempting passes on the run and surprisingly connecting a lot of them.

In response, Snoop Dogg said, after exhaling a deep puff of smoke, "The nerve of you to treat your players with such abuse. You should be sanctioned, dog." He then added, "On behalf of Death Row Records, you keep treating the players like that... I'mma show up and show out."

Commissioner Goodell told Carroll he was "very concerned" with his behavior, saying, "I keep hearing about the abuse you're putting on your defensive secondary, shredding them every day with your passes."

Ferrell was the most passionate defender of the Seahawks' defensive backs, threatening to make Carroll his "b----" if he refused to stop making them look bad in practice.

"What are you doing," asked Ferrell. "These are young men ... fighting for their livelihoods... And you make them look like little b------," he said, before threatening Carroll to "back off."

Carroll has ties to Snoop Dogg and Ferrell dating back to his time as head coach at USC from 2001-2009. Ferrell was a guest at a Dec. 2003 practice, and months later Carroll welcomed Snoop Dogg to a Trojans practice during the team's bye week in 2004.
