Watch: Steelers' T.J. Watt doesn't need a helmet to sack Titans QB Will Levis

This just in: Pittsburgh Steelers All-Pro edge rusher T.J. Watt is tough.

Late in the first quarter of the Steelers' matchup with the Tennessee Titans on "Thursday Night Football," Watt proved that he would fit right in during the helmet-less era of pro football. Screaming around the edge, Watt had his helmet ripped off. However, it didn't stop him from breaching the pocket before wrapping up Titans QB Will Levis for a sack.

Unsurprisingly, Watt's play came in a big moment. The sack came on third-and-5 from the Steelers 10-yard-line, helping Pittsburgh hold the Titans to only a field goal after a 14-play, 72-yard drive.

The 29-year-old Watt continues to be an elite pursuer of quarterbacks. Entering Thursday, Watt was tied for third in the NFL with 8.5 sacks this season, trailing Jacksonville Jaguars edge-rusher Josh Allen (9.0) and the Minnesota Vikings' Danielle Hunter (10.0) for the league lead. Meanwhile, only San Francisco 49ers pass-rusher Nick Bosa (19) and Cleveland Browns standout Myles Garrett (17) have more QB hits than Watt's 16.
