Anthony Beauvillier Joins Lengthy Blackhawks Injury Report
Jamie Sabau-USA TODAY Sports

The Chicago Blackhawks' injury woes have followed them into the new year. In the team's first game of 2024, forward Anthony Beauvillier exited early and requires further evaluation.

On Tuesday against the Nashville Predators, Beauvillier's left arm got crunched into the boards by Filip Forsberg.

Beauvillier logged one shot and one hit in 8:34 of ice time before his premature departure. The 26-year-old took his last shift just over halfway through the second period before the Blackhawks ruled him out for the game.

Beauvillier will travel with the Hawks as their road trip continues, but his status hangs in the balance.

Alas, the Quebec native joins a Blackhawks' injury report that already includes six players on the shelf.
