Bruins reportedly among several teams interested in Coyotes' Christian Dvorak

The 25-year-old has four years remaining on the six-year, $26.7 million deal he signed with the Coyotes in August 2018. He's owed $4.45 million each season through the 2024-25 campaign and has a modified no-trade clause in the final two years of his deal. 

In five seasons with the Coyotes, Dvorak has tallied 146 points (67 goals, 79 assists) in 302 games played. Last season, he scored 17 goals and added 14 assists in 56 games. 

Some have speculated that the Bruins' interest in Dvorak might be because of David Krejci's uncertain future in the NHL. The longtime Boston centerman, a free agent, hasn't committed to returning for the 2021-22 campaign. 

The Bruins are also reportedly on the verge of re-signing Taylor Hall to a four-year deal worth $6 million per season. Hall has familiarity with Dvorak and logged 424:30 of five-on-five ice time with him during the 2019-20 season as a member of the Coyotes. 

If Krejci doesn't return to Boston, Dvorak could slot in on the second line behind Patrice Bergeron and ahead of Charlie Coyle. His familiarity with Hall would make it a perfect fit.
