Elmer Soderholm will get another chance t0 show a physical presence for the Red Wings. They want him to leverage his 6-8 frame a little more if he wants to stck with the Wings. …

Tonight’s game is the second game of a back-to-back for both teams. as the Blackhawks lost at Minnesota 3-2 on Wednesday.  It marks the halfway point for the Red Wings  through their preseason schedule. They’ll travel to Chicago to play the Blackhawks on Tuesday.
