Club expects Tottenham to offer €50-60m for star with 21 goal contributions this season

Tottenham Hotspur are keen on signing Omar Marmoush from Eintracht Frankfurt at the end of the season. 

The 25-year-old Egyptian has established himself as a key player for the German club and his performances have attracted the attention of top Premier League clubs. A report from SportBILD via SportWitness claims that Frankfurt are now expecting Tottenham to come forward with an offer of around €50-60 million for the striker.

Marmoush has scored 15 goals and picked up six assists in all competitions this season. He could prove to be the ideal acquisition for Tottenham in the final third. They have been overly dependent on Son Heung-min and Richarlison for goals. They need to bring in another reliable goalscorer in the summer.

The 25-year-old will add goals and creativity to the Tottenham attack. He is also a hard-working player who will help out during build up play and pressing the opposition into mistakes.

The Egyptian striker is likely to be tempted to join the Premier League and the opportunity to play for a club like Tottenham can be hard to turn down. They have an exciting project and a bright future. They are pushing for Champions League qualification and they could finish in the top four this season.

Moving to the Premier League would give him the platform to showcase is abilities at a higher level and competing against the best defenders in England could accelerate his development.

It will be interesting to see if Tottenham and follow up on their interest with an official proposal at the end of the season. The reported €50-60 million offer would be a lucrative one for the German club and they could be tempted to accept it.
