Juventus might be headed for an even more substantial overhaul than expected in the summer. In addition to Adrien Rabiot, two more cornerstones, Danilo and Gleison Bremer, aren’t locks to stay put at the club, Corriere dello Sport informed (via Fantacalcio).

The Frenchman and their captain are very attached to Massimiliano Allegri. The coach’s possible ousting could affect their future. The latter’s contract expires in June, while the defender’s one expires in 2025. However, it’s not sure he will see it out. There has been no talk regarding a renewal.

On the other hand, Rabiot recently revealed that he has stayed in touch with Thiago Motta, the top candidate for their prospective opening, after they spent time together at PSG. Danilo has been at Juventus since 2019, when he joined from Manchester City in a swap with Joao Cancelo.

Instead, Bremer is at risk due to a relatively low release clause in his contract. He can be poached for €61M, with a portion of it going to Torino. If a team triggered it, the Bianconeri would register a €30M net profit.

Our Take on the Juventus Staples

Danilo would be the most surprising departure out of the trio. Since his sale wouldn’t be profitable, it’s possible he’ll stay even without an extension. Rabiot is always quite enigmatic. It was odd he didn’t leave last year without the Champions League. It’ll probably come down to other offers he’ll receive. Bremer’s clause is about market value, which is suboptimal but not disastrous.
