Manchester United are set to make a lot of changes this summer with a number of players coming in and going out. Goalkeeper is one of the positions that could be changing this summer with David De Gea yet to sign a new contract at the club.

The Spaniard has been at the club for around a decade and has been the number one for a prolonged period of time. However, the players future is clearly in doubt regardless of how much public support Erik Ten Hag gives to the keeper.

It’s clear to see that De Gea does not necessarily fit the criteria that Ten Hag wants in his squad when it comes down to that position. United could be set to lose the player on a free this summer if a new deal is not signed.

The Spanish international has agreed terms to a new deal at the club but nothing has been officially signed ahead of the expiration of his deal. De Gea’s contract expires in just a number of days and he will become a free agent.

According to a new report from So3ody Sport in Saudi Arabia - Saudi club Al Hilal are in negotiations with De Gea over a potential move. The Spaniard has been linked with a move to the country recently.

Many top players have recently moved to clubs in the country including Karim Benzema and Ngolo Kante.
