Atletico Madrid striker Memphis Depay jokingly trolled Kanye West after scoring against Inter and eliminating the Nerazzurri in the Champions League Round of 16: ‘You chose the wrong team to f*uck with.’

Depay sent an Instagram message to the American rapper and producer Kanye West on Thursday, less than 24 hours after scoring a late goal against Inter in the second leg of the Champions League Round of 16, contributing to Inter’s elimination.

West had attended the first leg at San Siro two weeks earlier in an unusual outfit, and Depay did not forget it.

The Dutch striker mentioned Kanye West (@YE) in an Instagram story saying he ‘chose the wrong team to f*uck with.’

‘Now let’s go, drop a song for our stadium,’ added the ex-Barcelona and Lyon striker.

Depay’s comments came after Inter ultras were given writing credits on two songs from West and Ty Dolla Sign’s new album, Vultures 1.
