Chelsea fell to a third consecutive away defeat on Sunday by losing 2-0 at Everton.

Abdoulaye Doucourere fired the Toffees ahead in the 54th minute before substitute Lewis Dobbin scored his first Premier League goal in added time.

Chelsea had more than 71% of possession at Goodison Park but looked toothless in attack.

Armando Broja started up front for the visitors before being replaced by Nicolas Jackson in the 66th minute.

Neither of those strikers managed to record a shot on target.

Jackson then had to be dragged off the field at full-time after getting into an argument with several Everton players.

It is unclear what sparked Jackson's anger but he was initially pulled away by manager Mauricio Pochettino before being marched back to the locker rooms by a member of Chelsea's coaching staff.

Sunday's defeat left Chelsea 12th in the table with 19 points from 16 games.

Everton remain 17th but now have 13 points. The Toffees would be in 10th place without their 10-point penalty for breaching the Premier League's financial rules.
