Paris Saint-Germain will need to replace Kylian Mbappé and his production this summer. However, the capital club might not go for a flashy player; instead, they should bring in a player who fits Luis Enrique’s system.

The 25-year-old’s contract expires in June, and many expect him to join Real Madrid, so the Parisians have to begin looking at files that will blend well with their mix of youth and quality talent.

According to Todo Fichajes (h/t SPORT.fr), Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams is reportedly a new player the Parisians could pursue this summer. Furthermore, the outlet notes that the capital club are seen as the favorite for the speedy winger.

The 21-year-old has registered six goals and recorded 14 assists in 32 appearances across all competitions. If the Ligue 1 side want the talented youngster, who can play on both wings, they’ll face competition from a Premier League club.

Last month, The Guardian mentioned that Chelsea are considering making a move for Nico Williams, the winger from Athletic Bilbao, this summer.

Williams, who boasts a release clause of approximately £43 million in his contract, is having a stellar season in Spain, prompting Athletic to prepare for the possibility of his departure.
