Chelsea have signed a new striker and he will begin training with them from today, according to a report this weekend.
Not only this, it has been winger Raheem Sterling who was the point of contact for the new striker before he made his decision to join Chelsea.
As you will see below, journalist Lolade Adewuyi is reporting that Ojodu FC’s Hafiz Umar Ibrahim has arrived in London and will be at Chelsea from today for two weeks before signing a contract with the Blues.
In February, Chelsea had Sterling jump on a video call with the young striker to convince him to join.
He finally obtained his UK visa last week and boarded a flight for London where he will begin training with the squad on Monday.

Ibrahim is an 18-year-old Nigerian striker who can also play on the left wing. He certainly knows where the net is, clocking up some impressive scoring stats so far this season. scoring 10 in 6 appearances in Viareggio Cup!
