AJ Styles: We Have To Make Sure We Entertain, Whether That’s PG, PG-13, Whatever

AJ Styles is part of a new era of WWE that aims to take the company further than it ever has gone before. The former WWE Champion says that may come with pushing the envelope, as making sure fans are entertained is the goal.

Speaking to Scott Fishman of TV Insider, Styles was asked about the recent attempts to push the envelope by WWE stars. WWE has operated mostly PG shows for the last decade-plus. According to Styles, it’s simply a matter of doing whatever they need to in order to entertain.

“Whatever we need to do is what we need to do,” AJ Styles said. “We have to make sure we entertain. If that’s PG, PG-13, whatever it is. I will say it’s a little easier when you can do a little bit more. Doing it a little bit more is something I’m looking forward to.”
