After last night’s edition of Monday Night RAW, there’s speculation buzzing that WWE RAW star, Sami Zayn could be turning heel.

Zayn faced Shinsuke Nakamura in the final match of the night. Announcer Michael Cole notes during the night that Sami needs a win to “turn things around” as he’s been on a losing streak. Cole also states during the program that Shinsuke “handed” Zayn another loss.

This was due to Drew McIntyre’s interference in the bout. It’s important to note that Sami also lost the qualifying match for the Elimination Chamber during Friday Night SmackDown. He was defeated by Randy Orton.

After it all, the camera zeroed in on Zayn, who looked very upset. Earlier during RAW, Jackie Redmond interviewed Sami.

Shinsuke stated that Zayn was swindling fans and attempting to garner sympathy to remain in the spotlight. During the post-match attack from Nakamura and McIntrye, Sami got help in the form of the “American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes.

In the past, these types of subtle hints would suggest a turn. Still, with Paul “Triple H” Levesque at the helm of creative, it seems uncertain.
