A former MLB player is leaving baseball to pursue his NFL dream.
Dylan Cozens, who has spent almost a decade playing baseball and briefly made the big leagues with the Philadelphia Phillies, has announced that he will retire from baseball and try to make it in the NFL.
Cozens, 27, was a defensive end and two-sport star in high school. His father, Randy, was drafted by the Denver Broncos back in 1976.
The Brewers announced that they’ve signed left-handed reliever Hoby Milner and outfielder Dylan Cozens to minor league contracts.
