- When Khalil Davis first walked into NRG Stadium in August, he did so as a late addition to the Houston Texans' training camp roster. The deal marked a second chance for Davis, who spent the previous year revitalizing his career with the Birmingham Stallions of the USFL.
The Houston Texas are re-signing former Pittsburgh Steelers defensive lineman Khalil Davis after a season where he posted 34 tackles and two sacks, according to a report by Aaron Wilson of KRPC Houston.
Aaron Wilson of KPRC reports that the Texans have also re-signed DT Khalil Davis on Saturday. Houston has been active recently, agreeing to deals with CB Desmond King, S Eric Murray and CB Kris Boyd. Davis, 25, is a former sixth-round pick of the Buccaneers back in 2020.
